 | Mary Partridge Principal
Working with top level executives or entry level work groups, her goal is the same: to collaborate with her clients to make a positive difference for organizations and individuals.
She does extensive work in executive coaching as well as designing and implementing feedback processes that focus on management and leadership effectiveness. Other areas of her work include facilitating strategic planning sessions, teambuilding, transition workshops, conflict resolution, startup team formation, and nonprofit consulting.
She has worked in a wide variety of industries: retail, oil and chemical, credit, technology, pharmaceutical, real estate, manufacturing, and in hospitals, professional firms, education and nonprofit organizations.
Mary has been active in many community organizations, having served as Chair of various nonprofit boards, including the American Lung Association of Texas and the Lake Travis Education Foundation. In addition, she has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Society of Association Executives. Mary has served as Vice-President of the Houston Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She is a current member of the National Council of the American Lung Association, and is actively involved in facilitating mergers of various state Lung Associations.
Michael Levy Principal
For over 25 years Mike has worked with client organizations in the design and implementation of organization change, developing new leadership processes for established organizations, building newly formed teams, building self-directed work groups, assisting teams and individuals in resolving conflict, facilitating executive planning meetings, designing and facilitating large group meetings, conducting internal assessments of organization climate, leader effectiveness and focus groups. He has been involved in assisting in designing coaching and feedback for hundreds of executives and has been involved in implementing feedback processes focusing on improving management and leadership effectiveness.
Mike has provided consulting and training services for a wide variety of industries, including companies in petrochemical and oil, computer technology, utilities, finance, manufacturing, retail, health and pharmaceuticals. He has designed and conducted training programs on leadership, train-the-trainer, meeting facilitation skills, creative problem solving, team building, supervisory skills, customer service, communication skills, time management and numerous other custom training programs.
In his consulting, Mike works with organizations to enhance their human performance systems, plan and implement organizational change and facilitate strategic planning sessions.
Prior to establishing his own independent consulting firm, Mike held training positions with firms in the retail and health services industries. His last organizational position was that of Corporate Training Manager for one of the largest retail firms in Texas.
Mike has been a presenter at several professional association meetings. He is a past president of the Houston Chapter of ASTD, a six-hundred-member, award-winning chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
